This contract is between Elimuhub Tuition And Consultants (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the client (hereinafter referred to as "the Client") for the provision of a live-in tutor (hereinafter referred to as "the Tutor") for the Client's child or children.

CONSIDERATION

In consideration for the services provided by the Tutor, the Client agrees to pay the Company the agreed-upon salary and administrative fee, as detailed in the "Salary Payable to the Company" section.

LEGAL CAPACITY

The parties hereby represent and warrant that they have the legal capacity to enter into this contract and are of sound mind and body.

A) Tutor's Obligations

• Conduct necessary research before lessons.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.
• Prepare lessons adequately.

B) Client's Obligations

• Ensure student attendance and participation.
• Complete assigned work timely.

C) Parent's Obligations

No private arrangements with the Tutor.

LEGAL PURPOSE

The parties hereby agree that the purpose of this contract is to provide educational services to the Client's child or children, and that the contract does not involve any illegal activities or violate public policy.

TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

This contract can be terminated with 30 days' notice by any party.
